2. 每一顆珠子、天然石與淡水珍珠,皆擁有獨一無二的形貌與紋理,形狀與色澤略有差異屬正常範疇。
3. 所有飾品建議無配戴時收入夾鏈袋,以杜絕空氣維持材質,且避免吊掛收納。
4. 無故未取貨者,即設黑名單,請見諒。(若有特殊理由未取貨者,請私訊IG告知。)
♡ 保養方式
所有飾品請盡量避免高濕度、大量水或汗水、溫泉、海水、化學物質(如香水、護膚品、洗滌劑等)接觸。
1. 925純銀:若氧化,可以使用拭銀棒(白色面)或拭銀布擦拭以恢復光澤。
2. 不鏽鋼:無需特別照顧,保持乾燥即可(若必要可使用棉質布擦拭保養) 。
3. 電鍍合金:材質變化為不可逆,無配戴時強烈建議收入夾鏈袋保存,可延長配戴壽命。

♡ 退換貨服務
若商品遇到寄送錯誤等賣家因素問題提供退換貨,請於收到商品後七天內聯繫私訊IG客服,提供「姓名」、「訂單編號」、「退貨原因及照片」等詳細資料,造成您的不便深感抱歉。
若為以下原因則無法退換貨 1.個人期待不同(不適合自己) 2.下錯標 3. 有使用痕跡,敬請見諒。

2. Each bead, natural stone, and freshwater pearl has its own unique shape and texture. Slight variations in form and color are normal and part of their natural charm.
3. We recommend storing jewelry in a ziplock bag when not in use to reduce air exposure and prevent tarnishing. Avoid hanging storage.
4. Unclaimed orders without notice will result in being added to our blacklist.

♡ Care Instructions
To preserve your jewelry, avoid exposure to high humidity, water, sweat, hot springs, seawater, and chemicals (such as perfume, skincare products, detergents, etc.).
1. 925 Sterling Silver: If tarnished, gently polish with a silver polishing stick (white side) or silver polishing cloth to restore shine.
2. Stainless Steel: Requires minimal care—keep dry; if needed, wipe with a soft cotton cloth.
3. Electroplated Alloy: Changes in finish are irreversible. To prolong its lifespan, we strongly recommend storing in a ziplock bag when not worn.

Repair Service: Please send photos via Instagram DM for evaluation and a quote (shipping not included).
♡ Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges if the issue is due to seller-related reasons such as shipping errors. Please contact our Instagram DM customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the following details: Name,Order number,Reason for return (with photos). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases: 1.Personal preference or item not matching expectations. 2. Incorrect order placed by the customer. 3. Signs of use or wear. Thank you for your understanding.
